I can't believe it's already been a month since I started this new lifestyle.  While I hoped for something amazing to happen, I really didn't put the work in like I should have.  I was still pretty satisfied to see some smaller measurements, though!

Neck:                  17         (No change)
Left arm:              21         (No change)
Right arm:            20 1/2   (LOST 1/2 inch)
Bust:                    49 3/4   (No change)
Upper waist:        47 1/4   (No change)
Lower waist:        52 1/2   (LOST 3/4 inch)
Hips:                    51 1/2   (LOST 1 1/4 inches)
Left thigh:             32 1/2   (LOST 1 1/2 inches)
Right thigh:           33         (LOST 1/2 inch)
Left calf:               17 3/4   (No change)
Right calf:             18 1/2   (No change)

Month 1 Total Inch Loss:  4 1/2 inches

  1. Hey Shrinkella! I think it's great that you've decided to start a healthier lifestyle this year. You've made some really positive progress, so stick with it! When you hit that 20 pound mark or 30 pound mark, you'll know you're in it for good.
    Also, I LOVE that you are motivating yourself with a trip to Universal Studios. I went there in October with a friend, and we had the best time. In fact, I wrote my very first PriorFatGirl blog entry in one of the cafes at the Island of Adventures. How crazy is that!? Agh! But I digress! The point is that I think you will have a wonderful time there, especially if you keep focused on your goal and make sure you have lost enough weight to go on all the rides. Let THAT be your gift to yourself.
