Hi! My name is Lisa Adams. I live in a teeny, tiny town in Missouri where the number of cattle far outweighs the number of people. I am on a mission to get healthy and lose over 100 pounds by eating healthy whole foods and exercising. I love to cook and love to eat, so my meals will have to be tasty as well as healthy. I have also recently discovered a love for gardening, so I plan to incorporate homegrown, organic whole foods into my diet as much as possible. This blog is a place for support and idea sharing.
